GRACE KUBECKA
With more than 15 years of experience, Grace Kubecka has held leadership
positions in healthcare organizations in the areas of human resources
(HR) and training and development. She started her career as a consultant
and analyst for a Big 5 accounting and consulting firm, and her experience
includes building training departments, designing and delivering instructor-led
and e-learning courses, selecting and implementing learning management
systems, and developing human resources strategy. A strong project
manager with an emphasis on process improvement, Grace has been responsible
for the implementation of multiple HR, training and organizational
processes. Grace holds a BBA in Management as well as a Master of Education
in Adult Education and Human Resources Leadership from the University
of Texas at Austin. Grace is also a long-time yogi and enjoys teaching
local yoga classes.
ANDREA PEINOVICH, RN
Andrea (Andi) Peinovich is a registered nurse in the cardiac intensive
care unit at one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals. She
has 13 years of pediatric critical care experience, having worked in
the neonatal and pediatric intensive care units of some of the most
prestigious academic medical centers in the country. As an employee,
traveling nurse and consultant, Andi has provided care to sick children
at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, Columbia Presbyterian's
Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York City, University of
California San Francisco Medical Center, Children’s Hospital and Regional
Medical Center in Seattle, Wisconsin Children’s Hospital and Children’s
Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She is currently training to become an
ECMO specialist. Andi earned her nursing degree from the University
of San Francisco. When she isn’t working, you can find her listening
to her iPod while snowboarding.
